Serviced Apartment Models
Model 1 (Revenue Earning Model)
This model is for those apartment owners who wish to allow the management to rent out their apartment for them throughout the year.

Note: This includes maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of the whole building including common areas and inside of the apartment, basic house-keeping (bed making, laundry for bed sheets, refreshing toiletries), payment of utility bills pertaining to each apartment and ensuring that all plumbing, all appliances, electric or otherwise, and fixtures installed inside the apartment are kept in proper working order.
2. The management shall provide to the apartment owner yearly vouchers for stay at Ayubia Heights Khanaspur, for a total period of four weeks (28 days) per year divided into four (4) quarters, i.e., one week in every quarter of the year, whereby the apartment owner shall not be required to pay per night room charges, provided that any charges in respect of food, beverages, and other services and facilities of Ayubia Heights shall be payable by the apartment owner during the stay. The apartment owner will have to inform at least seven (7) days in advance to book their apartment for the free nights.
3. The apartment owners have to allow the building management to rent out their apartment on their behalf. Any revenue earned from renting shall be shared between the owners and the building management in the ratio of 60% and 40% respectively.
4. All utility bills pertaining to the apartment under this model shall be paid by the building management.
5. If the apartment owner wishes to stay in his apartment for more than 28 nights in one calendar year, the charges would be as follows:

6. If the apartment owner wants to shift from Model 1 to Model 2, there will be an admin charge of PKR 50,000 each time.
Model 2 (Non-Revenue Earning Model)
This model is for those apartment owners who want to be able to use their apartment exclusively and not rent it out.

2. The owner of the apartment shall himself be responsible for payment of all utility bills pertaining to their apartments.
3. The owner of the apartment shall himself be responsible for up keep and maintenance of all electric, other appliances and fixtures installed inside their apartment.
4. If the owner wants to shift from Model 2 to Model 1, there will be an admin charge of PKR 50,000 each time.
